I’m a local guy, grew up in New Cuyama and spent my summers at Camp Condor where my school teacher dad was camp director every summer.  I literally watched PMC be built.  My wife loves the mountains, and I have two stepdaughters in the LA area so we sold our house in the Bay Area and became full time PMC residents three years ago.  I’m a graduate of the US Naval Academy and proudly served my country as a Naval Intelligence Officer.   After seeing the world and experiencing my share of adventures, I ran a small construction company remodeling homes and commercial properties.  I believe my experience as a general contractor and designer including my experience with construction contracts will come in handy with our club house project.
